ASHEVILLE, N.C. — November 2026 — Spiritual Plants™, the culture-driven consumer platform founded by Craig Rose and Guy Rocourt, is building on its first product launch with a broader beverage vision, an Asheville cultural initiative, and a structured capital-raising process with Post Oak Group.

The company introduced REST capsules and four versions of HOLY WATER LIQUID SACRAMENT, launching at a New Jersey dispensary in May 2026 alongside MJ Unpacked. From that starting point, Rose and Rocourt brought the products into their personal networks, combining sales with extensive product gifting and direct conversations.

A PERSONAL INTRODUCTION TO THE PLANT

The early rollout extended beyond a dispensary shelf. Products were delivered to contacts across the founders’ networks, including influencers, artists, investors, and people within Rose’s extensive spiritual communities.

For many, this was a new discovery. Rose came alongside them through conversation and personal support as they explored their relationship with the plant, carrying the company’s invitation into communities not traditionally associated with cannabis culture.

Rose’s early investors included internet-safety entrepreneurs Shane and Aaron Kenny, along with NFL veteran and quarterback coach Josh McCown.

Rose brings a background in cultural marketing, digital commerce, and unconventional Christian outreach, including founding XXXchurch. Rocourt brings more than three decades of cannabis industry experience, including founding Papa & Barkley.

Proposed quote — Craig Rose, Co-Founder:

“We wanted to introduce the plant to people who might never walk into a dispensary on their own. A lot of that started with people we knew, a conversation, and being there as they discovered something new.

“The rules are changing, but our belief in the people and the opportunity hasn’t. We’re hopeful both parties can find a responsible path forward, and we intend to be ready.”

A PAUSE IN SALES, NOT IN THE VISION

Spiritual Plants removed its THC products from online sale after its fulfillment provider discontinued all THC-related business in response to the impending ban. With small initial production runs and a December regulatory deadline approaching, the company determined that an immediate production reorder did not make commercial sense.

The company plans to give away remaining HOLY WATER beverage enhancers through Billy Loves Willie activities, where legally permitted. It also expects to assess repackaging the remaining REST capsules for a potential later re-release, subject to product review and the rules then in force.

BUILDING FOR A RESPONSIBLE PATH FORWARD

Spiritual Plants supports a bipartisan solution that protects adults’ access to responsibly regulated hemp products. The company is encouraged by an October 27 Hemp Beverage News interview in which Democratic Representative Greg Landsman described working with Republican Representative Morgan Griffith to reconcile their regulatory proposals ahead of the December 11 deadline discussed in the report.

Those discussions are a reason for optimism, not an enacted solution. The company intends to prepare for the opportunities a lawful framework could create without assuming the outcome of congressional negotiations.

The commercial opportunity remains significant. An October 30 Inc. report highlighted Willie Nelson’s Willie’s Remedy+, which previously secured $15 million in Series A financing and reported a $240 million annualized sales run rate.

FROM BEVERAGE ENHANCERS TO A BROADER PLATFORM

HOLY WATER LIQUID SACRAMENT began as a measured, flavorless cannabinoid beverage enhancer. The next phase expands that idea into distinct collections: non-cannabinoid pure water, botanical beverages, and low-dose cannabinoid still and sparkling beverages for adults 21+.

The proposed cannabinoid formulation targets 3 mg THC and 3 mg CBD per serving, subject to final formulation and applicable regulatory requirements. Contract manufacturing and distribution partnerships are central to the company’s asset-light approach.

The beverage philosophy is simple: Water, thoughtfully in the company of plants.

ASHEVILLE: 40 DAYS / 40 NIGHTS

Spiritual Plants is developing 40 Days / 40 Nights, a proposed Asheville cultural initiative bringing together music, art, community, and conversations around cannabis, faith, wellness, and culture. The related Billy Loves Willie concept explores musical heritage, cannabis reform, and cultural change.

Both remain in development. Partners, venues, dates, and participating artists will be announced as confirmed.

FAITH, WATER, AND A PURPOSE BEYOND THE PRODUCT

Rose’s earlier Christian outreach often involved sharing water as a practical expression of compassion rather than judgment. That history informs a charitable mission now in development around clean-water access, compassionate outreach, and community service.

You don’t have to believe what we believe to drink our water. You just have to believe that everyone deserves some.

No beneficiaries or donation commitments have been finalized.

GROWTH CAPITAL THROUGH POST OAK GROUP

Spiritual Plants is working with Post Oak Group on a structured capital-raising process and welcomes qualified investors and strategic partners in beverage production, distribution, hospitality, consumer packaged goods, and regulated cannabis markets.

Potential capital uses include manufacturing, inventory, distribution infrastructure, commercial leadership, product development, and consumer acquisition. Different product categories would follow their own legally appropriate channels, including licensed cannabis markets where applicable.

Specific investment terms are available through Post Oak Group to qualified parties, subject to applicable requirements. No completed financing round is being announced.
